When will I get a reply to my ticket?

I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Sometimes that's within minutes after I've received your ticket.

But I might be offline or working focused on something (like writing) and then it will take a little longer. Usually no longer than 24 hours, unless it's a holiday.

I go offline every day at 5 pm my time (GMT+2 - Jerusalem time) and from Friday afternoon and until Sunday morning I'm offline.

I can help you faster, if you're as specific as possible. So add as many details as possible about your problem, including name of product.

I normally reply within 24 hours, but please allow up to 72 hours. Sometimes things happen, you know...
